the hotel is just a few steps away from the beautiful guadalupe chapel and only a short walk from the popular el malecon, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and sightseeing during my stay.

The kitchenette's two-burner stove looked old and grimy, hardly inviting for cooking. Limited options nearby, only one restaurant within walking distance, means you'll need a taxi to get to the main spots. Showers flooded the floor because there was no lip, and the initial lack of toilet paper was inconvenient, leaving me to wait a day. Housekeeping fell short, only attended one day during my entire stay.

The location was fantastic! We had a clean apartment with great air conditioning. However, furniture could’ve been more comfy and the door lock was a hassle. 🏝️

Also, the stovetop in the kitchenette showed some signs of wear, making cooking less appealing during my stay.

The apartment was spacious enough for our family, making it great for our young child. We loved the nearby beaches. getting around via golf cart was easy, which made our trips fun. The caretaker was super kind and facilitated our taxi when we left.

My kids wished the sofa bed was better for sleeping.

It was just a good match for a quick stopover in Isla Mujeres with good value. The patio area was a decent spot to kick back and enjoy some fresh air. Make sure to check the kitchen supplies before cooking anything.

I had a great interaction with Romeo, the employee, he helped me a ton when I was struggling with some issues. The patio area was quite nice for relaxing, it was out of the tourist area, which gave me a bit of peace.

It wasn’t cheap, but still livable.

Clean kitchen, helpful staff, but no safe in the room was inconvenient.

The suite was spacious, with easy access to great restaurants and local attractions! The grounds were well-maintained and the staff was attentive to our needs. ☀️🌊

The furniture could use an upgrade for better comfort.
